Constant runny nose and itchy roof of mouth?

I have been like this for two days now. I do suffer with hayfever but usually when i take antihistamine it totally stops all these things happening. However I took 2 yesterday (I know! Only supposed to be 1 a day!) and another this morning and still my mouth is itching Can cope with the nose but it's my itchy mouth that is doing my head in!

My symptoms are exactly the same. However, I found some relief with jogging and aerobics. My wife suggests eating a teaspoon of honey sprinked with black pepper daily, which I do. I haven't taken any medicines for this. Overall, with this natural remedies, I am better disposed to these days. Its all about increasing your immunity as mush as you can. Last but not the least, eat healthy.

Try taking a different antihistamine as it may be that the one you have tried is not effective for whatever is causing your allergy.
