  1. Prune juice should help!

  2. Peach nectar (not juice)

  3. Breast feed more frequently. She's dehydrated.

  4. Hey. If you say it's only been 24 hours since her last BM I would not recommend giving her anything as of yet. Wait 72 hours before panicking. Especially in breast fed babies, it's normal for them to go without a BM for up to a week. If she seems to be in pain or showing severe discomfort in the stomach area then possibly try to massage your baby's tummy, move her legs in a cycling motion or try giving her a warm bath. A nurse once told me to try inserting a lubricated rectal thermometer for a few minutes and this should make the muscles contract and may help her go. If all else fails try inserting one half a glycerin supository (can be found in most local drug stores) and squeezing the baby's cheeks for a minute or so to ensure it doesn't slide right out! LOL =) And that is a FOR SURE FIX trust me you had better be ready about an hour later she will be making you a serious "SURPRISE" in her diaper! LOL =)

Hope this helps and she goes soon! =)

    Take care and God Bless.
