Constipation Help VERY URGENT!!!!!

i have had constipation and i have already used a suppository yesterday and it finished most of the job, but there is one big sucker left, is there any other way except pushing because i have tried for 2 hours and no luck. So can someone tell me if there is another way?

Give it a few more hours - sometimes people have a delayed reaction.  If nothing happens by tomorrow, take an e***a.

you might try a small warm water e***a. hold it as long as you can it should soften the stool so you can pass it without much pain. hope this helps.

Put in 2 suppositories next time and hold tight for an hour!

If that doesn't work it's a rubber glove job I'm afraid!

Try a stool softener, like Colace.
