Constipation due to dieting?

hey, i am on a diet, so i am counting calories. it's working well, but the problem is, due to eating less than i usually do, i am having constipation. how should i get rid of the problem and still continue with my diet? please dont tell me things like eat more fiber or eat more fruits, or quit dieting etc. i want something special. example, i recently know that drinking a glass of honey first thing in the morning helps constipation. thanks! i would really appreciate for your answers!!!

  1. ok here a solution if u really want to go & go fast.... drink a glass or two of hot water mixed with salt, this will react in no time & u'll be running to the looo... :) also remember to drink a lotta water during ur diet period, it helps in cleansing the body & will drastically reduce constipation. be healthy... best of luck....


  2. Sometimes when you start dieting this happens at the beginning when your body isn't use to this new change you are putting it through.  

    You said not to but...more fiber will definitely help.  Add a couple cups of broccoli into your diet should do the trick.

  3. Hot water with lemon can help...

  4. Lemon water and more exercises walking works well. Honey will not help.  

  5. Are you drinking enough water.  Water helps to flush the system of any impurities.  Prunes are a naturally way of elevating constipation

  6. One important thing is make sure your not lactose and tolerant I didn't think i was until i was 18 I felt constipated.....It might not be from just dieting it could be the foods your eating....hope i helped...good luck

  7. Depending what country your from (im from Australia) you could try metumucil? Its a fiber supplement
