I tend to get extremely constipated from certain supplements to the point where i have to stop taking them. I had taken calcium and magnesium for leg cramps but i had to stop. Then i was taking kyolic and something else (i forget what) for another condition, and i had to stop that too. Vitamins dont seem to bother me. But minerals and other things seem to. I like to try natural things rather than medicine, but this is a real problem that prevents me from trying lots of things. Any advice?
