Constitutional Taxation Question

Under Title 27 USC.6331, it is assumed that the I.R.S. has the power (power from the people-by the people) to levy private property for compensation of owed tax debits. IS this true? Where in the Constitution does congress authorize the I.R.S to levy and or collect tax debits?

  1. The Sixteenth Amendment

"The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."

  2. Like many things in our government. The IRS is an illegal entity. I saw a person quote the 16th amendment. That strictly applies to Congress and not the IRS. Congress can not, and I repeat, can not give or grant it's powers to another sole entity, such as the IRS.

The Internal Revenue Code is not the law. It only defines a contract between the IRS and the individual.

Taxes are unconstitutional and should be fought by the people of this country, but many simply do not.

Pretty much everything our founding fathers died for and believed in we have burned up.
