I just heard on CNN that actually he isn't, but Obama is the only one that could challenge his candidacy. I know this has been asked before, but the way it was explained (again) it made me question it again. He really isn't a "natural born" citizen of the U.S. Yes, he's a citizen, but he is not "natural born".

  1. Not all of our Presidents were born in the U.S. This is one area that the Supreme Court has not decided yet.

Anyhew, in Shakespeare, a man born from a Caesarian Section WOULD NOT be "natural-born". The area is too murky...

  2. Yes, he is natural born, by the legal definition. His parents were both US citizens when he was born. Some will point out that he was born on a military base, but this has not been recognized as granting citizenship. But just as Mitt Romney's father, who was born in Mexico, was a citizen by virtue of his parents' citizenship, so is McCain.

And isn't his middle name Sidney?

  3. I dont really know,But all I know is that if McSame,I mean McCain gets elected,Im going to hang myself.

  4. The constitution does not define "natural born". However, a person born to US citizens is a citizen AT BIRTH. As such, they are born a citizen.

  5. Yes he is.

If you were born to military parents, on a military base anywhere in the world you would be eligible.

Laz,  I have some rope, would you like to borrow it?

  6. Yes-      CNN >> what a joke!
