Construction start time?

how early in the morning can the pounding, and noise building a house start? A new house is being built next to me in Portland, Oregon and they start the saws and hammers up around 7am?

  1. Call city hall, code enforcement. Generally, I bet 7am is an allowable start time. Sorry.
