Question:

Consulate rules changed at Kuala lumpur ?

Hi,

We are travelling from Los Angeles to India through Kuala lumpur. We recently discovered that passengers with Indian national will not get "Visa on arrival" ... We will have to apply for the VISA at the consulate before our departure and it takes 5 days for the VISA to be processed. This rule was made effective since August 1 2008. We did not know about this and we do not have enough time to apply for a VISA at the consulate before our departure.

We were planning to go around Kuala lumpur during our short layover but now it seems like we will not be able to see Kuala lumpur :(

Can anyone suggest any ideas?

Thanks
