I assume that you've been refused a visa and are now looking for a consultant to help you better your chances when you re-apply for a visa.

When you were denied a visa, the consulate/embassy would have told you why you have been refused a visa (i.e. dont have a good job, not enough evidence that you would return to your home country, etc.).  A consultant would not be able to change your situation.  Only you can do that.  Save your money and concentrate on how you can improve your life/situation.
