Consumer Reports type magazine for Canada?

Is there a Consumer Reports type magazine for the Canadian market? I know CR has a Canada Extra section, but all they do for that section is leave out the companies that won't do business in Canada. CR doesn't replace the ones they leave out with Canadian companies or products. There are so many products missing from the Extra section. Just walk into any big box retailer or mall and you'll see lots of products which CR hasn't bothered to test. Who knows if they are any good or not? There is no way to find out without buying the product.

Consumer Reports is not all that useful unless you do all your shopping in the U.S.

So is there a website or magazine which actually tests and reviews products which are available to Canadian consumers?

No. Testing is very expensive and the market is too small.
