  1. Yes, for women 1 alcoholic drink per day and for men 1-2 (depending on their size) is healthy and recommended.  There are additional benefits to drinking something like red wine, but all of it contains some health benefits.

  2. rubbish! its not healthy at all

  3. water is healthy

  4. In no way shape or form.  However a glass of wine or a single beer have proven health benefits for certain physical profiles.  The health benefits are not because of ethanol, but in spite of the ethanol.  It is the other substances in those beverages that provide the health benefits.

There are NO health benefits known for any of the distilled spirits such as vodka, whiskey, gin, etc.

  5. yes

  6. 180 ml is equal to a hair over 6 oz. of alcohol.

Assuming that you mean a "hard liquor" (80 proof or higher)

then that is the equivalent of 4 shots. (a standard "serving" or "jigger' of alcohol is 1.5 ounces)

    No.

4 shots is too much daily.  At the least, it is very hard on your liver.

  7. I don't see any reason it wouldn't be. Except for your liver, it's not even that important. Don't worry about it. I don't

  8. yes.

its been proven time and time again that a VERY small amout of alcohol daily is a good cleanser/digestif and is actually good for your health, so that small amout of vodka, while not doing any harm, would likely do good.  I don't know why you would want to dillute vodka to that degree so it wouldn't be very tasty though.  You could on the other hand drink wine, which has other health benefits in addition to the small amout of alcohol.
