Contacs you wear while you sleep.?

Does anyone know the name of the contacts that you wear while you sleep and take off in the morning. information like price,brand names, webpage, where to get them would be appreciated thanks!!!!

Not sure if I understand what you're asking, are you referring to extended wear contacts? I had these back in the 80's, I used to take them out once every 7-10 days for about 5 minutes to clean them. I had about 5 sets in 12 years and never had any problems, they are quite common and you could get them at any optical shop.

There are several lenses that are for extended wear. There are the Focus Night and Days and they are $69.99 a box through 1800Contacts, or there are the Purevision lenses and they are $52.99 a box with 1800Contacts. There are a few more that are available as well.

You do have to be fitted with them in order to wear them so if you are interested in extended wear I would contact your eye care provider to get fitted for them. They will be able to tell you what lenses will fit and work for you best.

Focus night and days are one brand. These lenses are typically more expensive because they have to be specially formulated to let in more oxygen.

If you would like more information you should go see an eye doctor. You would need to see them anyways if you are interested in changing your contact lens type.
