Contact Button help :)?

Question

I was just wondering were I could find myspace contact buttons like this

It doesnt really matter what order it is in either

i just need like a website or a code or something like that :)

I don't really understand what that code means. Can you walk me through the steps. I know how to copy and paste and stuff but what does this particular code mean? sorry, im a bit of an airhead today :)

you copy that and paste it in your about me section but instead of the ::: URL HERE ::: you put the website that you want and then where it says ::: TEXT HERE ::: and put your text there
