Contact Lens Help ?

I getting a new pair of contact lens soon . i want to know is there things to be aware of ? like not to wear it during sleeping or showering . what else should i be aware of ? i am getting a monthly lens [:

Don't over wear thats when the trouble starts.

Optometrist don't recommend wearing your contacts to bed I'm not sure about in the shower but i always take them out before i get in. You have to make sure that you clean them and keep them in their solution if your not wearing them to prevent them from getting dirty and causing problems with your eyes. Other than that they're comfortable but it'll take some time to learn how to put them in but that's only for the first couple of days. I've had my contacts for about a year now and I don't have any problems with them so have fun when you get them =D
