Contact details for ANYONE at the South African High Commission's Passport Department

Question

I made an appointment for my son's passport more than three weeks ago and still did not receive any confirmation letter. Apparently I need the letter for the appointment otherwise I won't be seen. I searched on the internet but all I can get is the name and number for a Mr JK Tiba whose number keeps on ringing and the email address doesn't work, my mail keeps getting returned. I am desperate to go back home to SA because my son was born more than two months ago in London and we have to wait more that a month and a half for the appointment I made, I do not want to make another appointment again and wait that long and I don't even know if I'm going to get a confirmation letter then! If anyone can please give me a number where an automated system doesn't pick up I would be more than grateful!

the page i have found for South Africa in the UK, does not function at this time, not sure why? sorry cannot find more info,
