Contact info for New York State adoption agencies?

I've searched everywhere online and can't find any decent contact information for New York state adoption agencies. My husband and I are looking into adoption if we find out that we can't have children.

Does anyone know the age requirements for either in state or international?

We were going the private route but looks like we are matching with a woman in a state where an agency is required.  My atty recommended Family Focus Adoption Services.  I haven't used them yet but wanted to respond.

Here is some information for adopting from New York:

Adoptive parents in New York must be at least 21 years old and pass a criminal background check. Either married or single parents are welcome as well as both homeowners and renters.
