Contact lens ...alot of eye mucus/gunk?

ive started wearing contact lenses and ive noticed i get alot of eye mucus not only when i wake up my eyes are sticky but even during the day i find mucus has built up which is liquidy yellow(sorry)help please its so embarassing especially if other people see that i havent wiped it.....why do i get it?

It sounds like your hands might not have been clean when you were putting in your contacts and you might now have conjuntivitis (Pink Eye)

you have an eye infection - go to your eye doc to get drops

I hope you arn't wearing you contacts to sleep.  That cold be the problem.  Or mabey you sould use more Solution like Opti-free.
