Contact lenses and fingerprints?

I've never used them, but doesn't using your finger to put them on leave a smudge on them? thats annoying.

  1. Fingerprints are the remnants of skin oils left on objects. Placing your contact lenses using your fingers may leave a print, but as soon as you start blinking, the fluid on the surface of your eye dissolves the oils, leaving the lenses clear.
