Contact lenses price and people with big eyes?

How much are contact lenses including the examination? My eyes are kinda big and I kinda worry that because of this i might not be suitable to wear them, is there such a thing?

Some people are not suitable to wear contact lenses, but not because their eyes are too big from what I've seen.  Most people cannot wear them because of damage to their cornea or some type of ocular pathology that contraindicates contact lens wear.  Contact lenses are measured to fit your cornea and most people regardless of how big your eyes look have a pretty average size.  The price really varies depending where you are from... where I am from the exam is usually 90-120 ish and they usually send you home with trial lenses and have you come back and check the fit again before you order them.


  2. Nah, virtually any eye can be fit for contacts.

    You can, including the cost of exam and a supply of contacts (not counting solution, containers, ect) spend 300-350$a year on monthly disposables, or 450$ a year on daily disposables.
