Contact lenses question..

Ive just started using contact lenses ( the monthly ones) and I'm not sure if i put them in the right eyes today.

They're both the same strength but does it matter if i mix them up?

Because they were a bit blurry when i put them in.

Thanks

  1. not a problem at all. Unless u r using toric lenses

  2. if both contacts are the same power it does not matter which eye you have to make sure you did not flip them over look for a round shape before putting into your eyes also mo. are not the best after 2 week wear you should throw away do to film biuild up and also contacts can cause blurry ness try re-wet drops or blinking your optical shop should have made sure that you understand proper wearing and caring instructions and given you a # to call with any questions..

  3. It doesn't matter if you mix them up.  Maybe their blurry because they aren't the right strength, because your not used to them, or because you got them in "backwards" - soft lenses have an outside and inside surface, and if the are put in wrong they may make your vision blurry.

  4. it doesn't matter.  I too have the same script in each eye.  If they are blurry, take them out, clean them very good and switch eyes.  If that doesn't help, you will need to contact the doctor and have another exam with these contacts in.

    good luck
