  1. Buy some SUPRE CLEANSE. it is a protien remover. Protiens build up on your lenses and can cause this. The protien remover has a special enzyme that disolves this. You just put it in your case with your disinfectant and it works over night. Rinse and rub the lenses really well and they are as good as new. Some people use this every day. SOme use it once a week. I use it once a month. You can call your doctor's office just to make sure, but I bet they will concur!

  2. sometimes your contacts are harder to take off when your eyes are dry. you would have to pinch harder to take them off.

i have been wearing contacts for over five years and i have concluded that your problems are due to seasonal allergies. try washing your eyes out with visine (clear eyes drops, etc.) when you are not wearing your contacts, or after you take them off. also you could try letting your eyes ''rest'' by leaving your contacts out and just wearing your glasses.

also, you need to be leaving them out (in their case w/ solution) overnight. wearing them while you are sleeping can cause film which is known as protein deposits that start building up on the lens.

    good luck.

edit: well, the liquids (i'm assuming you're talking about visine) does not hurt the eyes. it's created to be used in the eyes. you can buy it at walmart. that will help with your dryness. that is fine if you don't have glasses, as long as you leave them in the solution overnight, it should be fine. the protein deposits are probably worse because the lenses are dry, which can be due to allergies. like others suggested, you would want to try cleansing solutions created to remove protein deposits. give your optometrist a call and ask him which brand is best for your type of contacts.

    again, good luck.

  3. You really should go back to whoever prescribed them. I have contacts and I never have a problem with removing them. Please do it, your eyes are the only pair you'll get so take care of them.

  4. It could be protein deposits and another solution you can use would be Clear Care.  And you should see your doctor anyway.  They may need to change the material of contact lenses.  They can switch to a different soft contact lens.
