Contact solution burning my eyes?

I have been wearing contacts for about 10 years now and for about 4 months now my eyes burn really bad sometimes when I put my contacts in. Its not everday maybe once every week or two weeks its really weird any suggestions on why this is happening?

Well maybe there is something on your contacts that are making them burn? Also have you checked the experation date of your solution? If this continues to happen I would go back and see the eye doctor they would be able to give you the right advise. you dont want to mess with your eyes it would be sad to have something happen to them

2 reasons:

1. You have become sensitized to the chemical in the product.

2. You are using a peroxide based product like Clear Care but it is not being completely neutralized.
