Contacting Sony About My PS3?

I think my PS3 fan is broke, so im going to ring Sony up but i'm not really sure what to say! Please may you help me on what to say exactly?

...call'um up at 1-800-345-7669 (customer service).  "If" your system is under a year old... they will pay to have it ship'd back to them for repair, all at their expense.

Go to the place you got it and, tell em its broke.

They will give you a number to call.

Then go home.... turn on your PS3 and call the number.

They will tell you to hold your finger on the "ON" button for a couple of secs' untill it bleeps (twice I think) and that might reset the PS3....... If it doesnt, they will send another one to your house within a week.

No problem.

They know they go wrong,  so they wont f**k you about, they'll just send it.

just call and tell them its broke. dont bother driving out to the store like that other guy says, you can just get sony's number online
