Contacting a PGA tour player by mail?

My son would like to write to a PGA Tour player. Has anyone done this before? I've only read one thing online about sending it to the tour headquarters in Ponte Vedra, FL (and that was from '02). Can anyone help me out? Many thanks.

To correspond with a tour player call the PGA at (904) 285- 3700. Ask for the locator who will provide you with a mailing address for the player with whom you wish to correspond. Usually this will be the address of the agent who represents the player.
