Assuming you're not actually in Jordan - I'd go through the Jordanian embassy in your country - they would be able to pass anything along.  You're not going to be able to contact him directly - heads of state, even of small countries, generally don't take phone calls from just anyone.

I would imagine you can get the address of whereever he lives pretty easily - palaces and the like are ususally fairly easy to locate.  Or you could just send a letter addressed to King Abdullah of Jordan, Jordan.  No doubt it will get there.

I would suggest you write to the Jordanian Embassy in Washington ,D.C.. If it's a letter,then they will pass it along to him. If it's a package,be careful what you put in it. I would suggest you ask what items are forbidden in Jordan such as food,alcohol,etc..
