Contacts Cause little red (stress marks) on eyes?

Yes i been having red little stress marks on my eyes ever since i got them they don't hurt? i do have a astigmatism. also it is bad to keep them in over night right? and keep them in for a long period of time? Just wanna make sure the little red stress marks are not something bad? Like i said it dont affect my vision or hurt.
