I have a question about contacts. Ok after I'm done all of my contacts..when I go to get new ones do I just go in there and ask for new ones or do I need a prescription again??

B/c you can only get a prescription once a year..I got my contacts in November and they'll be done around July..so I don't know..if I go in there then I don't think they'll give me a prescription b/c it hasn't been a whole year..

  1. Just call the place you were prescribed your contacts- you can re-order contacts through them until your prescription is done, which wont be until november, assuming that's when you got your prescription the first time- come november, you'll need another exam, but until then, just call them up and order what you need- they'll be ready in about a week.

  2. A contact lens prescription is good for 1 year. You can order as many or as few boxes of contact lenses within that period of time. Just call your Optometrist's Office and reorder your boxes of contacts.
