Contacts and glasses?

Ok say you have 20/100 vision without any correction.

With contacts you get to 20/70 - 20/60

can they make glasses stronger than contacts and get your vision to 20/40-20/50?

Could you wear both contacts and glasses together just for driveing and use just contacts for normal activities?

  1. I think if you wear your glasses with your contacts in,the two cancel each other out,so the simple answer is No.

  2. You cannot wear glasses and contacts at the same time. I've put both on at once and everything was BEYOND fuzzy. Personally, I found my glasses to give me a more crisp perspective but my contacts allow me more flexibility.
