Contacts.plz help!!?

hey..i went to the doctor to try out contacts..i went home that day without them cuz i couldn't get it in my eye..i think it was nerves..i was so nervous..now i am going back to the doctor to try them again..did anyone else have trouble trying to get them in for the first time at the eye doctor..????

Okay, so my doctor put them in for me so I could see what it felt like. It was so cool but weird. Then he let me try to take them out. So I was sitting there with a bright light over me and the whole room's dark except for that light shining. And I couldn't think. I wasn't able to take them out for 20 minutes. So he took them out real easily! And now I will have to come back in 5 days  to get training from someone else. uh! I really want contacts but if I'm not able to, I will have to wear annoying glasses!

Of course! It hurts the first few times, but you'll get used to it.  Practice touching the colored part of your eye.

Yeah. I got mine probably 3 months ago. And the first time I tried (in the doctors office) it probably took me 45 minutes and I was so upset. But I finally got them. Every time you do it, it will become easier, and soon you'll be able to put them in in a minute or two.

HINT: I know the doctor says to put it right in the middle, but try looking up, or to the side. And put the contact on the white part of your eye and slowly move your eye back. (It's wayyy easier)
