Contacts....??

Question

is there a certain number where you can't have contacts?

i have a -6 in both eyes, [glasses] and i'm 13. but i can still get contacts, i think.

but is there a limit like if you were -11 in glasses?

you have to execrise regulary. Yoga. shirshasan, sarvangasan is very good for you. Join any Yoga class. (do you know sarvangasan, shirshasan). If you regulary doing this  you find that some relife from your problem.

no idea. but since you are young you can try a new process where you wear a lens at night and it will give you perfect vision throughout the next day. so its the opposite of the process of wearing contacts where we remove them at night and put them on thruout the day. you can ask your eye doc about more details.

There are disposable soft lenses like Acuvue 2 that go up to - 12.00 , which would be about - 14.00 in glasses.

Then there are conventional soft lenses ( not disposable) that can go all the way up to - 20.00

That lady you mentioned must have had another problem like high astigmatism also to not have soft lenses available.
