Contacts.....?

Question

What different colors of contacts can you get? I am 13 and want to get contacts, but I want to get colored ones. Is this a good idea? Does putting contacts in hurt? I am just curious.

if i were you i'd get honey brown or something because the green and blue ones look really fake.

and lol, nope. they shouldn't hurt if you're putting them in right. they will the first few times though because they're so hard to get out at first! lol

you can get all kind of colors green blue hazel purple... i also wanted colored  contacts but I have really dark eyes so only brown worked on me. Contact are good if you don't want to wear eyeglasses all the time. They come in a lot of different varieties like daily disposables and extended wear.  Contacts lenses do not  hurt you don't even feel them when inserted correctly but you have to be careful with them. You have to make sure that your hands are clean when you put them in to avoid eye infection. The best person to discuss your options with is your optometrist. I would highly recommend only getting them from your doctor and not some random website!!!!

You can get contacts in pretty much any color.  Putting in contacts doesn't hurt at all. You just can't be afraid of putting your finger near your eye. It may take some time to get used to putting them in but, once you're used to it, it's easy. You don't even feel the contacts when they're in. I have prescription contacts. I think it's okay if you get them if you can afford them (prescription ones are expensive, I don't know how expensive colored ones are) and if you don't mind putting your finger near your eye.
