  1. You should wash your hands WITHOUT any soap, just water. Make sure your finger is a little wet (not too wet). The lens will  stay attached to whatever has more moisture (your eye should be it). If you have dry eyes put an eye drop before putting your lenses and that should help.

Make sure you're holding you top eyelid high enough, and don't forget to open your bottom lid too. Place your contacts on your index finger and insert it with the bottom of the lens and your lower eyelid first and the top of the lens should follow the movement.

I know it's hard in the beginning, just be patient and continue to practice.

    I hope this helped.

  2. Everyone else here has good suggestions, so I'm not going to re-type it all out except I was pretty sure you should wash your hands thoroughly and with soap beforehand. At least that's what I was told.

If the contacts are sliding down your finger, maybe try having less solution on them, but if they won't stick, make sure you have a little more solution. You need the right balance of solution so that they stick to your eye, and that they don't slide down your finger because they're too wet. You don't want the contact full of solution on your finger, just a little.

  3. you're supposed to just lay the lens on your lower eye lid and slowly let it make contact with the eye itself.  It takes practice.

  4. Personally i use my finger to put my contacts in.

Make sure they are clean and moist.

They have to sit a certain way on your finger so that they will actually go "on" your eye. if one way doesn't work flip it inside out and try again. be careful not to scratch your eye in the process because it hurts like a..... and you don't want to impare your vision.
