Contacts questions, can you...?

Will it do any harm to wear just one contact lens? Like, will it damage my eye even more? Or will it just be complicated to see?

  1. As odd as it sounds, my mother sometimes does this. Her Eye Dr. told her since she needed reading glasses, this was one option so she can see far away & then quickly upclose, without using 'readers'. She said it took some getting used to.


  2. No, people with ambolypia does that. To correct the lazy eyes.

  3. Its going to be hard to see with only one in. They get all blury when you see, trust me I've tried. I'm not sure if its going to make them worse or better though.

  4. It might drive you nuts and give you a headache...but it won't damage your eye. Don't worry about that.

  5. why would u wear only one? and is it prescribed?
