Contacts that last for 2 weeks?

Does that mean they only last 2 weeks regardless of whether I wear them everyday for those 2 weeks....

or does it mean that I can wear them for any day, for 14 days?

it means 14 WEARS.  14 times on your eye.

...not 14 days after the day you open them.

That means you can WEAR them for 2 weeks.

HOWEVER, most contacts are required to be removed every night and reinserted in the morning

AND

they, like previous answer stated, are good for 14 wears, but up to a given point. For example, If I wore a contact lens one day, removed it and picked it up again in 6 months, I wouldn't rightly expect them to be mighty comfortable.

If kept in saline and steril conditions a CL is good in its package for about 4-6 years. Now once you've opened it and worn it you have allowed enzymes and lipids (among other thinsg) to gather on the lens and the lens does start to break down, even if ever so slightly.

So two weeks of daily wear but the lens will break down over time even if not worn.

I wear my monthly's for like 6 weeks...it's just a estimation.  Some people have issues with contacts drying out or getting blurry.

They will probably last sitting in yoru case for about 3 weeks.
