Contemporary Dance DVD HELP!!!!!?

Hi. I need to improve my contemporary dance technique and ability and I was trying to find an instructional DVD on the net but I can't seem to find much.

Can anyone give me a website/DVD suggestions for a very good instructional contemporary level (beginner, intermediate or advanced level) dvd?

I'm really desperate here, please help!!!

hmmm. there isn't really much u can get without ordering through interent and such.

i use a belly dancing video on youtube....but that's just me. there isn't really much to offer without ordering or classes. sry
