Hi,

You can promote your blogging contests by publishing the content to article directory's, but a small trick to play better... brake the blog content in the two half's Put the first half in to the article directory's and  publish them by giving a link to your blog saying that to read the continuation or the flow... just go to my blog and link to the blog...

You can also grab traffic by publishing you blog URL to blog directory's...

Grab some traffic by putting  your blog in blog rool's..
