Continental airlines?

im so afraid of flying iv only been on NW and SPRIT and i was so uncomfortable i herd continental was a good choice is that true or what do you suggest?

Anyone who is afraid to fly has to have some deep rooted problems.  With thousands of flights a day and with years that go by without any really bad accidents in the airline industry you'd have to be jaded beyond belief to think that just because you're on an aircraft something bad is going to happen.  You're much safer than if you were in a car on the highway.

All airlines are held to the same safety standards. Continental has the newest fleet compared to other legacy carriers, and seems to be the one with the greatest consumer satisfaction when comparing against the other legacy carriers.

I usually fly SWA, they're pretty good. Conti is also pretty good.  Flying isn't a bad thing really, you're just so high up.  But you should feel safe in the air.  Do a little research on/about the airlines on line.  You can pull ratings from some web sites that you get from various search engines.  It also depends where you'e going to and what city you're leaving from.  Some airlines only go into and out of certain cities.  Good luck and you'll be okay!!

I don't know why you're scared of flying, but basically just because you choose Continental doesn't mean that the plane is going to drop out of the sky.... you might notice certain changes in the way they operate, but other than that, flying with different airlines isn't too different from one another.
