Continue Ortho-K or not?

I currently have used OrthoK (Dreamlenses) for about 4 years, but I have neither gotten a checkup or new lenses in about 2 years due to the far distance the optician is. I'm currently 19 with about -4/-5 vision. Should I continue ortho-K or should I stop and go to glasses/contacts? Doesnt one's eyesight mature around 18-20?

I personally think its not too much trouble and not having to wear lenses during the day is convenient. If I do swim, I can see...not that I swim a lot......give me some advice on whether I should stop or continue. How long does it take for my vision to go back to normal?

Yes, continue using it or have lasik done after u r 21years old.
