Continuous Greenish Tint

Question

A continuous greenish tint with all input sources (Sat./Ant./DVD).  Via the Picture Adjust Screen:  We are able to adjust all options except the Tint.  Trying to adjust Tint, the tint adjust number changes but there is no flowbar movement associated with it nor does the tint adjust at all.The Main Board seems to make sense but that does not seem a finanacially prudent option.  I did remove the back cover to check for loose connections but everything appeared to be secure.Thanks.
