Continuous spotting after stop taking breast actives..?

I have been on breast actives for about 5 months now and I've stopped taking them now. but once i stopped my period ( lasted only 4 days... which is supposed to be 7 days usually) I had spotting every once in a while.. about 1 week now. I don't know is it because of low progesterone or something.. but can anyone tell me whats going on and what should i do? Thank you for any helpful advice and info.

This could be a withdrawal bleed from stopping the product which could mean that there is a hormone in the product you took (an example only).

In addition to the issue of possible low progesterone levels you could also be dealing with low estrogen levels (another example only).

The only way to find out for sure what's going on I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.
