Contributions made towards school?

I'm applying for a local scholarship and it's asking me to write a paper how my contributions towards the school....I don't really have any, what should I write? examples? I get pretty good grades, involved in some clubs, and that's pretty much it.

Specially, they want to see your educational performance/sports activities etc., mention that along with a proof.
