The control panel on my Kobe CH7936SQ has broken twice in 3 years, and is now out of warranty. I had a great deal of difficulty with the repair, as they took several weeks to contact me and then the person who came to do the repair was very rude. When I contacted Kobe to get a new control panel with a different repair service, they did not return my call. Can this repair be done with minimal work, or do I have to get another kitchen hood?
