Controlling my Stressful / Frustrated Mind .... Meditation?? Advice needed Here!!!!?

I keep having these jigs and flashes of worry every time I think of a priority, like a jolt feeling of regret, fear or worry. Why is this?

I am also having alot of bottled up frustration and I am getting really easily irritated recently.

I have a holiday right now, and I keep stressing that I won't have enough time to fit everything I want to do like relax........go to places I want to go.......and I am getting really fussed about it.

What should I do? Why am I feeling like this?

  1. Talk to a friend or cousin about your problem. Don't let everything get bottled up inside

    You need to learn how to relax, let go of expectations.

    You sound like you have gotten into a stress rut & the slightest things is tipping you into more stress.

    Ask yourself when did this start? can you trace it back? If your on holiday can you book in for massage to help you to physically relax?

    Get some time with friends & when you find worry starting, tell it to go away & bring yourself back to your enjoyment x
