Controls question?

I'm new to boating. When they say "Controls", does that mean the throttle/trans levers and cables, or is it the steering, or what?

  1. "Controls" refers to controlling the engine and transmission and therefore.....

    Throttle & Trans levers...yes   :)

    Controlling the boat(steering) is not included in this referance.
