Question:

Controversial issue?

Now see, I have a problem with society today. Especially with girls my age and the subject about RAPE. Every pregnancy question I stumble upon is always about a girl getting pregnant at about 14 years of age and blaming it on RAPE. I find it completely ridicilous because they chose to have s*x and they're finding a reason to deny it. In some ways, I believe, they are finding a way to make them feel better. Maybe, just maybe, they can't admit they had s*x and forgot to use protection.

Look at all of the celebrities! Once the issue came up that rape is going up, some adults said that their UNCLE molested/raped them. Honestly, what the heck? They have enough money!

What do you think?

Is rape used as an excuse too much now?

  1. Yes, but if you say anything about it being false, you'll get a hard time about it.  People do stupid things all the time.  Just don't let them mess you up.

  2. No, I just think that you are a closed-minded 14 year old girl. Rape is serious and not a joke or an excuse at all. You need to grow up a little

  3. If a girl is only 14, isn't it "statutory rape" for a man 18 or older to have s*x with her?  A man should know this and stay away from underage girls.  Even if they want to consent, the law says they are not mature enough to consent to s*x at age 14.

If the boy is underage, it's a little different, then yes, it would be a "he says" "she says" story.

One thing I personally detest:  If the s*x act has started, I don't think the woman can scream rape and make the man stop immediately.  She consented and she should let him finish, unless he's beating her up, and then I don't know what she should do.  She can get him on "assault," but not on "rape."
