Question:

Conure question?all bird lovers please help!!??

i went to the store and bought a peached fronted conure.there was 2.iver got one now.the store said they have been together for quit a will and i should take them both but my cage wasnt big enough and i didnt want 2 because i think it would lesson our bound or realation ship with the birds.will this be possible.if i get another will it make them be more attacted to eachother or will they have a good bond with me?

It will make the birds happier if they remain together.  However, they may rely heavily on each other for socialization, so yes, the bond with you will be less.  They're adults too (younger birds tend to bond more with their human caregivers, especially if they're hand-rased).  However, I'm sure that in time they'll both like you, provided that you socialize them regularly and handle them with care and empathy.  If you're looking for a bird that will strongly bond with you, you might want to get one younger bird.
