Conversational hypnosis?

Can anyone tell me how to use it? (lol I know, sounds bizzare)

You might start by reading Milton Erickson's books this is the master of modern hypnosis. He could take you into trance state so smoothly you never experienced any noticeable change until you blinked your eyes as you came out of trance. I took three of his seminars that he gave during the 1970s and was amazed every time.... I still am!

This is very hard reading and there are about 5 books the best is" may my words go with you" the method here is the meaning of words and their effect.
