Conversion of SNMP to TCP/IP packet

Question

My self sagar I m a B.E(Cse) student with 2008 passout i m doing one project on network but i am facing some problems. The main aim of my project is to convert the SNMP packet to TCP/IP packet but i am not geting hw to get that incoming SNMP packet . But i hv to develope the code in VC++ so is there any functions are avilable to communicate between client and server to get SNMP packet hw to develope that code can u help me or just send the some pdf document regaurding that information
