Conversion of video cassette to cd or dvd which one is better and why? please answer me?

i want to know which conversion method ,that is, video cassette to cd or dvd would be beneficial ,and also want to know the reasons. i want to know things like picture quality,etc .

VCD,bcoz conversion of video cassette to video cd would be OK.

Do'nt waste money on converting dvd .U ca'nt get dvd picture quality or sound quality by converting that old technology to new one.

dvd would be better since it has a larger memory space [4.7GB] as compared to a vcd[700MB]....take care that the conversion is done neatly to ensure better quality

VCD can be dubbed or simply can come in CD

so why to waste money

also all generally don't have DVD players or DVD-ROMS

when everyone is going towards DVDs, Blue Ray technology why do you think of CDs they are almost at the same price of DVD and

one DVD can store upto more than 6 CDs Data

When you are changing over then change over to DVD that is better as presently Blue ray is still costly and CD is phasing out.
